Get, Set, Glow!

Most of us are ready to move heaven and earth to get that glowing, flawless skin..Little do we realize that all we need is to become nature-wise and blend it with the power of yoga!The glow that people run for, from pillar to post from parlours to doctor’s,is gained naturally by yoga practitioners.In Bhagvad Gita, Lord Krishna has said: “You become what you follow.”For practitioners of yogic kriyas, the glow is a reflection of the energy they interact with.Yoga considers the physical body as the last layer; changes start to get effected from the outer layers(often termed as ‘aura’) and then settle into the physical.
IN THE BEGINNING
For a beginner, much emphasis is laid on purifications, and not just physical.Sanatan kriya is a combination of physical and ethereal purification, which help the practitioner remove all excess toxins from the physical body as well as outer layers.
Collection or stagnation of any kind results in body waste accumulation.The purest of water if left to collect anywhere is sure to rot and the dirties water when put to flow becomes pure-that’s nature’s law.To begin with, it’s important to get rid of all wastes from the body.Along with the kriya practice, the consumption of specific herbs facilitates process.This helps in better assimilation of healthy prana.
COLON CURES
